Geographical Museum - Houses a collection of historic African religious symbols and Indian art crafts, from the early 19th century.
Marechal Deodoro – Colonial village, about 15 miles outside Maceio, with Sacred Arts Museum and great beaches protected by a long barrier reef.
Pajucara – Lively beach with 'Jangada' rafts, which take visitors to the reefs and sandbanks that form natural swimming pools, about two miles from the coast.
Barra do Camargibe – Pristine beaches, with crystal clear water, backed by miles of mangrove vegetation. |
