CARARA RESERVE – Biological Reserve, with marshes flooded by the Tarcoles River, rich in amphibians and reptiles. Also inhabited by mammals including two-toed sloths, monkey's, magay cats and white tailed deer.
SAVEGRE RIVER – White water rafting with mild rapids flowing through tropical rain forest.
DEL CANO ISLANDS – Pristine islands off the Pacific Coast, near Manuel Antonio, with a wide variety of flora and fauna.

Manuel Antonio offers a great combination of the National Park, with secluded white sand beaches. To enter the National Park you have to walk through a few feet of shallow ocean water, which gives you a sense of adventure. Inside there is a variety of birds, as well as trogons, herons and monkeys. The rustic resort hotels blend with the environment on the mountain side and offer great panoramic views of the park and the ocean.

  Day 1 - USA / Manuel Antonio
Flight to San Jose, connecting with a short flight to Quepos. Transfer to Manuel Antonio.
    Day 5 - Manuel Antonio
Day free to enjoy the resort's amenities. You can also go sea kayaking in the tranquil bays of of Manuel Antonio. (B)
             
  Day 2 - Manuel Antonio
Day free to relax and explore the surroundings. You can visit the Manuel Antonio National Park and between exploratory walks, enjoy a swim at the park's white sand beach. In the evening you can go to Quepos village for dinner and fun. (B)
    Day 6 - Manuel Antonio
Day of relaxation. You can soak up the sun on the sandy beach, admire the views from your hotel and enjoy a stroll in the peaceful surroundings. (B)
             
  Day 3-4 - Manuel Antonio
Days free to do as you please. You can go on an optional tour to Carara Biological Reserve, a cruise to Del Cano Islands or go deep sea fishing. (B)
    Day 7 - Manuel Antonio / USA
