This combination of contrasting destinations will enable you to enjoy the many attractions of the capital city of Lisbon and explore the main islands of the Azores.
Lisbon’s picturesque old quarters are perched on hills with great views of the Tagus estuary and there are impressive monuments, as well as lively nightlife to enjoy. You will also have the opportunity to visit nearby attractions on optional tours.
In the Azores, you will stay in Faial island for an interesting tour of the capital then continue to Terceira island for a visit to historic Angra, designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The last stop is S. Miguel, the largest island with spectacular scenery, including sapphire blue lakes and hot springs. |

Day 5 - Azores (Terceira)
Today you can take an optional tour to Lagoa do Fogo and Furnas Spa, to observe the bubbling hot springs and enjoy the traditional "cozido" stew lunch cooked underground in the volcanic rocks. |

Day 2 - Lisbon
Early morning arrival. Transfer to your hotel, with assistance. Afternoon city tour of Lisbon, including the Jeronimos Monastery, Belem Tower, St. Jorge’s Castle and Alfama old quarter. |

Day 6 - Azores (S. Miguel)
Day free to do as you please. You can relax in Ponta Delgada, perhaps play a round of golf or go on an optional tour to another island. |

Day 3 - Lisbon
Today you can visit the main attractions of Ponta Delgada, the island's capital, including the 18th century portals and all other monuments from that era, including the museum, churches and palaces. |
